VR Applications Terms of Service

1  Introduction

Welcome to Moviestorm Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our FirstStage virtual reality (VR) tools, games and related services (“Services”), including GameStorm and Putting Peril on Meta and other relevant hosting platforms ("Platform"), that enables users to create VR-based games to be played on the Platform. By accessing or using the Toolset, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2  Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3  License and Use

3.1  Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for the purpose of developing VR-based games and experiences for the Platform.
3.2  You may not sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the Services except as permitted by these Terms.

4  Content Ownership and Rights

4.1  You retain ownership of any content you create using the Services ("User Content"). However, by using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and promote User Content solely in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services and Platform.
4.2  You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

5  Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Violate intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
  • Create or distribute malicious content, including but not limited to viruses or malware.

6  Updates and Modifications

We may modify or update the Services at our discretion. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.

7  Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the Services at any time.

8  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
